Currently, we only have automation set up for those who didn’t reply, but we’d like to trigger a different sequence for people who opened or clicked the email but didn’t respond.

If you have multiple people associated with each Website in a large project, there's no way to know which person/email was used as the recipient for a site when it's exported

It would be helpful to have a column for Bounced Emails in reports so I know how my bounce rate looks.

When I go through my lists, I always have to make the About column bigger just because I can't hover over it and see all that's written there. A good example is what happens when I hover the Tags column.

It would be great to see the Moz.com spam score ( https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/spam-score ) along with the domain authority, to enable us to get a quicker broad overview of the target site quality.

At the moment, we're unable to export engagement data — specifically whether contacts have opened or replied to our outreach emails. While we can see this data in the platform UI, not having access to it in exports makes it difficult to: Identify inactive or low-engagement contacts Clean and maintain targeted, high-performing outreach lists Analyze performance across multiple projects Run reactivation campaigns based on engagement history If we could export this data, we'd be able to analyze and group our contacts in Excel or Sheets, use tools like ChatGPT to detect patterns, and significantly improve list quality and outreach efficiency.
