At the moment, we're unable to export engagement data — specifically whether contacts have opened or replied to our outreach emails. While we can see this data in the platform UI, not having access to it in exports makes it difficult to:
Identify inactive or low-engagement contacts
Clean and maintain targeted, high-performing outreach lists
Analyze performance across multiple projects
Run reactivation campaigns based on engagement history
If we could export this data, we'd be able to analyze and group our contacts in Excel or Sheets, use tools like ChatGPT to detect patterns, and significantly improve list quality and outreach efficiency.
