Having the ability to send rich HTML signatures would make the outreach emails look much more attractive.

Provide a centralized location to monitor the status of projects and identify the actions that should be taken (e.g., reviewing new prospects, sending emails to approved prospects, restarting sequences due to bounced emails, following up on replies, fixing failed email sends, and sending reminders due to lack of response.) Please can you make the chrome extension/application ask "are you sure?" when you click "Cancel" in the email writing window, in case you accidentally click on cancel while trying to future schedule an email you just spent ages writing and then lose...?

I have to change the font every single time I send an email and it's really annoying. If I am pasting in from somewhere else and then edit separately I often have to highlight all of the text and change both the font and the size otherwise 2 different fonts are used. If there were project defaults I could set this would save a ton of time

I want my team to be able to only research new sites that have not been added to my BuzzStream account. Currently, there's no easy way to filter for these sites when I import a list to a project

When going through the inbox and working through emails it should be possible to cancel scheduled followups directly from the inbox instead of having to leave the inbox to go to outreach list and the history to cancel the followups there.

I'm looking for the ability for buzzstream to automatically email the next person/email address if the first one doesn't reply.
