Right now, there's no way to cc or bcc an address if you're sending emails in bulk

It would be helpful to have a column for Bounced Emails in reports so I know how my bounce rate looks.

We use Ahref metrics in our reporting. In place of MOZ Da in the Link Reports we would like to use Ahrefs DR and other Ahrefs page metrics

One of the most important tasks that I have is to check what my team is doing on daily basis, however, the way the system groups the information makes it difficult. So a filter that allows me to filter the date when a change on a status occurred would be extremely helpful. The program is already doing something similar on the aging chart report, however, I don't have any control over the dates. So as of right now it is basically impossible for me to create a report that lets me check exactly what my team did on a specific date.

To help with both prospecting and outreach, show the following fields when viewing the list view: # of projects where the recipient has been emailed link rate: % of projects where outreach resulted in a link reply rate: % of emails where the recipient replied open rate: % of emails where recipient opened it Click rate: % of emails where recipient clicked on a link last contacted First emailed: within the current project, what date was the first email sent # mail threads: within the project, how many "back-and-forth" messages were sent between us and the contact
